Our process
Before the shoot:
An email goes out to parents with information on how to sign up and pay for the session (unless the school or booster club is paying for the banners.) We receive a roster of the team and prep for the shoot.
At the shoot:
We set up a mobile studio onsite. The teams come dressed in uniforms with necessary equipment (balls, bats, sticks, etc.) We photograph each athlete, guiding them in various poses and expressions. Seniors are given the opportunity to review the photos right away to be sure there are photos they love.
After the shoot:
A notification is sent out to the parents when the galleries are up. The seniors need to select their banner image. Senior families can also purchase digital images, prints and merch with the photos and now have the exciting ability to CHANGE THE BACKGROUNDS ON THE PHOTOS! Seniors are sent the banners to proof and approve. Printed banners are received a few days after approval.
