How to Order
LOCATING YOUR GALLERY
Go to https://my.photoday.com/
CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT
Enter your mobile number to create your account.
VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT
You will be sent a verification code via text.
If pre-paying for the session, you can subscribe to the gallery to be alerted when the photos are added.
VIEWING PHOTOS & SELECTING FAVORITES
You have a few ways to locate your photos.
1. Using FaceFind allows you to upload any photo of the person and having the gallery match the face.
2. Using ALL PHOTOS displays all the photos in the gallery.
Once in the gallery you can use the tags to find a grouping a photos like using the tag “seniors”
3. If you have previously favorited images, you can just view those favorites.
Once you view your images, start clicking the heart to favorite the photos you want to purchase.
Click “Shop” to see the packages and a la carte options
ORDERING PRINTS, DIGITAL FILES, & MERCH
You can select from digital file bundles, print packages, a la carte items (prints/digitals) or merchandise.
SELECTING & CUSTOMIZING YOUR PHOTOS
Once you have chosen your package, you select the photo that you want for each element. Ex. if you buy an 8X10 and 2 5X7’s, you select which photo you want for each.
ORDERING PRINTS, DIGITAL FILES, & MERCH
Once you identify the photo, you can change the backgrounds, crop the images and add retouching.
Hit “confirm” at the top right when done.
CONFIRM AGAIN
You will be shown your selection asked for confirm again at the bottom right.
SHOP MORE, OR VIEW CART
If you are done with shopping, click “View cart.”
ADDING RETOUCHING
If you did not add retouching earlier, you have another opportunity to add it now.
REVIEWING RETOUCHING & CHECKOUT
In the cart, you can see what you have purchased and which images you have selected for retouching.
When done, you may proceed to checkout.
